Eddie Monroe is the founder and managing member of CCE Business Solutions. CCE is a management consulting services company focusing on Delivery Leadership and Strategic Advisory. After spending 10+ years working for major consulting firms, leading projects and teams to successful engagements for small to fortune 500 companies, Eddie decided to start CCE to fill a gap in the industry. That gap is true customer focused project leadership, that provide team members who think like entrepreneurs. Before attaining his PMP, Eddie held certifications with AWS, Microsoft and Cisco. His bachelors degree and technical certifications prepared Eddie to lead complex/high demanding teams and projects. To handle any engagement, he believes in remaining calm, staying adaptive, understanding the business impact and focusing on the customer experience. Since earning his PMP, Eddie has held roles from Project Manager to Executive Leadership that allowed him to build and lead Project Management Offices (PMO). These roles prepared Eddie to become a business owner, an author (Your Career Will…) and mentor numerous project managers.

Project Managers are in demand across different industries. Great project managers are in ‘high demand’ because they are so hard to find. With that high demand comes visibility of you and how you hone your craft. You should know what people think of you when they hear your name or see your work. What is your brand? \

A personal brand is the widely held perception or reputation of an individual based on their actions, achievements and the impression they leave on others. Your brand is what can get you that next project or prevent you from growing in this project management world. The authenticity of your brand will help create, build and sustain relationships. Do not underestimate the significance of relationships as word of mouth holds heavy weight.

In the age of AI, Cloud Computing and other technical focal points, your brand must be transferrable and be one that people gravitate to. Be self-aware, understand the significance of emotional intelligence and know how to adapt. Don’t let others decide your brand for you. Take ownership of your brand!
