Topic Synopsis:

Every project runs on two schedules: the one on the Gantt chart and the one no one puts on a slide: how well people actually work together. While the second one is not a timeline where you track dates and dependencies, it is the undercurrent affecting the visible schedule, quietly determining whether the timeline holds. This interactive session introduces four Collaboration Styles (Analytical, Practical, Creative, and Noble) to help project teams and their clients see how different vantage points show up in real project work, and where those styles naturally reinforce each other or create friction. Participants will leave with a shared language for talking about collaboration that happens in person and online, across roles, functions, and companies.

Learning Objectives:

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  • Identify the four Collaboration Styles: Analytical, Practical, Creative, and Noble.
  • Recognize the strengths, blind spots, and potential friction associated with each collaboration style.
  • Apply practical listening and engagement techniques to improve collaboration across roles, companies, and client teams.
