He has worked with Covestro LLC, Chevron, Shell, and ExxonMobil leading portfolio of complex onshore, offshore, renewables, and low-carbon mega capital projects and programs in an increasing responsibilities and roles as an Engineering Manager, Business Manager, Project Manager, Project Director, Program Director and PMO Lead. He enjoys helping C- suite executives to develop projects, programs, and product strategies, roadmaps, and compelling business cases. He is helping companies to accelerate their sustainability, energy transition, and digital transformation journey (Industry 4.0 Initiatives) by leveraging lean, agile, and digital technologies best practices to innovate, reinvent capital projects, program, and product delivery to digital and new ways of working. He is leading a team of product managers, product development engineers, solutions architects, program managers, and project managers to achieve quality new products to deliver the cost effective energy transition, renewables, and low-carbon solutions (CCUS, Hydrogen, Wind, Solar & Geothermal) roadmaps and driving technology innovations, lessons learned, and best practices across the project, program, and porfolio lifecycle . He has served as the Vice President of Projects/Programs/Products and a Board of Director member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), Houston Chapter.
