Presentation Title
Is Teamwork a Strategic Advantage for Your Project Management Team?
Description of Session
The session will focus on how a team can more consistently deliver on business objectives, make better business decisions and gain an advantage from working together effectively. The topic is pretty cutting edge since it focuses on teamwork as a competency – not an individual competency but a shared competency as a team. Attendees of this session can expect to learn the following:
- Common myths about teamwork
- The key teamwork competencies that can drive a team to achieve a strategic advantage
- Teamwork behaviors and processes that can differentiate the value that the team delivers
- Next steps – to make teamwork an advantage
