Presentation: Why Project Management?
As project managers we all can answer the question “What do you do as a project manager?” But when asked “Why should we use a formal project management methodology?” or “Why should we use a professional (trained) project manager?” are we prepared with a good answer? Come to this session to hear what others have said and add your input to the discussion.
