Directions
This course designed to align the student's project experiences with the framework of Project Management as defined in the Project Management Institute (PMI) ANSI Standard "A Guide To the Project Management Body of Knowledge."
The alignment comprises a Case Study that is progressively elaborated through class exercises from Initiation through Closing, applying the nine Knowledge Areas of the PMBOK Guide.

Parking Instructions: Once inside the main Tri Tech parking lot, please park in the last three rows of parking in the back of the parking lot all other spaces are reserved for employees. Enter the building through the patio door from the parking lot. There will be signs directing you to the training room.
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations and/or substitutions must be received at amc@pmihouston.org or in writing at fax # 713.572.3089.
Cancellations received prior to 14 days prior to start date of course qualify for a refund minus $100 administrative handling fee. Cancellations received after 14 days from start date of course qualify for a refund minus $250 administrative handling fee. Allow 14 days for processing of all refunds.
Substitutions are accepted prior to the start of course. Additional fees may apply based on membership status. Non member substituting for a member will pay registration fee difference. Substitute's name, email contact, and membership status must be provided at time of notification.
