Cancellations received prior to 14 days prior to start date of course qualify for a refund minus $100 administrative handling fee. Cancellations received after 14 days from start date of course qualify for a refund minus $250 administrative handling fee. Allow 14 days for processing of all refunds. Substitutions are accepted prior to the start of course. Additional fees may apply based on membership status. Non member substituting for a member will pay registration fee difference.
